1. Delivery Address & Accuracy

A complete and correct delivery address—including the Pin Code, Email ID, and active Contact Number—is mandatory for successful shipment.

Please double-check your shipping details before completing checkout. Suthram is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect address or contact details.

2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines

In-Stock Products: Orders containing in-stock items are packed and dispatched from our warehouse within 3 working days.

Made-to-Order / Out-of-Stock Products: If an item is out of stock, it will be freshly prepared and dispatched within 10 working days of order placement. Our team will keep you updated via email/SMS in such cases.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Applicable shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Shipping: Free shipping applies only when explicitly specified during promotional campaigns, special offers, or above specific cart threshold values.

4. Courier Partners & Delivery Schedule

Deliveries are fulfilled through our trusted logistics partners between Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM).

Working Days: Sundays and public holidays are excluded from transit timelines.

External Delays: Delivery timelines are estimated. Transit times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, government restrictions, or logistics network disruptions.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched from our facility, an automated email and SMS containing your Order Tracking Link and courier details will be sent to you.
